Client Success Representative

Role description
Reporting to the VP, Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client success strategy, working closely with our clients to drive their recognition goals from concept to realization. You’ll be their main point of contact, partnering on the launch of new programs through maintenance - proactively communicating new initiatives and working with them to ensure their employees feel appreciated at work.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactive outreach to clients via video conference, phone and email, managing interactions effectively through our CRM system.
Lead the rest of the team to manage the onboarding process for new clients.
Ensure the successful launch and timely delivery of client send-outs to meet their expectations and requirements.
Address and resolve inquiries from existing clients promptly via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Lead new client onboarding calls, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed, transitioning from the sales rep smoothly.
Effectively manage and communicate any program changes or updates to clients, ensuring transparency in relationships.
Foster growth and strengthen long-term relationships with current clients through active engagement.
Who You Are:
Demonstrates excellent English language skills and communication, both verbal and written.
You have some experience in account management or sales roles, in any industry.
Exhibits coachability, is quick to learn and shows a willingness to work on personal areas for improvement.
Demonstrates strong time management skills, adept at overseeing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Collaborates effectively across teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Tailors messages to customers based on their needs, incorporating additional upgrades or extended products/services.
Enjoys engaging with people via video conference and/or phone calls
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Exhibits an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanour, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Salary:
Starting at $55,000 to $65,000
